Saraid de Silva (she/her) is Sri Lankan/ Pākehā and lives in Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland, Aotearoa New Zealand. Among other things, Saraid has been an actor, bartender, theatre-maker, fairy light installer, voiceover artist, and nanny. She currently works as a TV writer. Amma is her first novel.
