Department of New Anglophone Literatures and Cultures
Based at the Institute of English and American Studies (IEAS), Johann Wolfgang Goethe University Frankfurt, the work of the department is geared towards creating theoretical, methodological and pedagogical foundations for a comparative perspective on the New Literatures in English based on an awareness of cultural complexity on a global scale.
A network led by the University of reading which aims to promote international collaboration in the preservation of, and access to, literary archives. It brings together a group of established scholars and experts from a variety of institutional backgrounds, and across different disciplines and regions, to initiate a context in which to practice and scrutinise methodological and conceptual frameworks.
